WEST SYSTEM epoxy cures to a high-strength plastic solid at room temperatures, by mixing 105 liquid epoxy resin and 206 hardener in a 5:1 ratio. Designed specifically to bond to a wide range of materials including fiberglass, many metals, wood fibers, reinforcing fabrics, foam and other composite materials. This highly moisture-resistant plastic is highly recommended when extended working and cure time are needed or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. The 206 slow-cure hardener has a working time of 90 to 110 minutes at 70°F with a minimum cure temperature of 60°F. Cure time for maximum strength is 1-4 days. West Epoxy is easy to sand and shape when cured and does not shrink after curing. Store unopened bottles in the freezer to extend shelf life. Bottles which have been opened will experience a shorter shelf life if they are continually taken out of and put back into cold storage. Hot Stuff Original is a thin CA glue with water-like viscosity (3cps). Will wick into tight-fitting joints of non-porous material. Fill and stop spread of splits and hairline cracks in wood and stone. Strengthen stone and porous wood by applying to entire surface allowing to soak into the pores and cracks. Use as a final finish for small knife handles or pens. Cure time is three to five seconds between tightly fitting, non-porous parts. Super T Gap Filler is a medium gap filling glue with a viscosity similar to syrup (200-300 cps). Perfect for gluing somewhat porous materials and pieces which don’t fit tightly. Super T cures within 10-25 seconds giving you additional positioning time. For best bond of two pieces, apply Super T to one piece and accelerator to the other – push together and hold tightly for 30 seconds. Special T Gap Filler is a thick gap filling glue with a viscosity similar to honey (1150- 1500 cps). Used to fill large gaps and glue parts that don’t fit well together as well as fill cracks and gaps in handle materials to preserve structure integrity while sealing from moisture and contaminants. NCF Quick Accelerator will decrease cure time with only a light mist applied from 8-12 inches away. Designed to flash off instantly so do not over-apply (you will see a wet look if you use too much). Over- application can discolor some surfaces – especially stone. Super Solvent used to debond and dissolve CA glue from your hands and other surfaces. A small amount usually does the trick. Safe to use with most paints and finishes but testing on an inconspicuous area is recommended.

Designed for convenient and accurate metering of #105 resin and #206 hardener. Calibrated to delivery approximately 0.8 fl oz of resin / hardener with one full stroke. ZAP CA is the thinest superior penetrating glue. It bonds instantly. ZAP CA+ (PT01) is for gap filling. The penetrating ability allows it to go where most cannot and will harden soft areas and helps prevent cracks, cracks almost disappear, great for both stabilized and natural woods. 7-10 secs for positioning.
