Our VG10 Damascus Culinary Blades are available with or without bolsters. 33 Layers of 410 Stainless on each side of the VG10 High Carbon Core produce an exceptional razor edge. The pattern created by the stainless protective layers make these blades highly sought after by the most fastidious master chef. This series of flat tang blades are easily completed using miniature corby rivets or mosaic pins to attach the handle material of your choice. All dimensions are approximate.
