The Japanese word Senjutsu translates to skill, technique, and "tactics and strategy". The sleek lines and false edge of our newest stainless steel Tanto blade will please any craftsman whether maker or user. Blade is heat treated and sharpened. Overall length 9-1/2", Blade Length 5", False Edge 4", Handle Length 4-1/2", Blade Width 1-1/8" at the plunge, Blade Thickness 9/64". Pre-drilled with two 3/16" handle holes and one 7/32" thong hole.

Deer tines or small stag crowns make easy custom handles. Small cylinders or blocks, such as buffalo horn, wood, and gemstone can be used to create a unique handle by shaping with grinders, files, carving or turning on a small lathe. 6" overall, 4" blade, 7/16" wide, 3/64" thick. Drill size for the tang is 3/16"
