Use in blades with 1/4" holes and handles with 3/16" holes. This allows you to use 1/4" or 5/16" diameter head fasteners to secure the handles. 360 Brass threaded bushings are 1/4" diameter tapped 6-48 threads with 3/16" x .100" step on each side. To countersink 1/4" Torx screw, use rivet drill RD6 and 5/16" Torx screw, use rivet drill RD9. Threaded Step Bushing for 1/4 " Holes

Decorative Torx Screws For Handles

Brass and Stainless Steel screws have 1/4" diameter heads and 6-48 threads. 1/4" diameter, bushing is threaded 6-48 threads. 3/16" x .100" step on each side to secure handles in place. Designed for blades with 1/4" or 3/16" holes in the tang. Use with our G10 and Micarta contoured and textured handles. T6 Torx head provides a neat finished appearance without any further material removal from either the rivet or the handle. Simply use the RD6 rivet drill to drill and counterbore the handle 3/32" deep. Precision machined from 360 brass and 303 stainless steel. Each piece includes 2 screws and one barrel. 1/4 " Tang Hole Fasteners

Add a custom touch to your knife handle with our beautifully embellished Torx head screws. Designed and manufactured in our own plant from 303 stainless steel and 360 brass. These screws are designed to be used with our threaded bushings. The 1/4" diameter Torx head screws will fit the pre drilled and profiled handles for our Jantz Pattern Blades 1/4 " Diameter Torx Head
