Dyed Alumilite Clear, on its own is just boring, translucent, colored resin. Adding Metallic Powder gives it shimmer and life! Use Alumilite Phosphorescent Powder to add Glow in the dark properties to your castings! Can be added to your castings that already contain dye and metallic powder to make your blank nice by day and cool at night! Alumilite Pearlescent Powder is used to give an incredible pearl like shimmer to your castings. Can be added to dyed Alumilite to give movement and shimmer. Alumilite Clear Preferred for casting pen blanks, knife blocks, call blanks, and other small to medium size casting. Cures optically clear. Dyes, metallic powders, and pearlescent powders can be added to give color and depth. Alumilite Clear has an open time of 7 minutes to give you plenty of time to get it mixed, poured, and into your pressure pot. Alumilite Clear was specifically formulated with the woodworker in mind. It polishes nicely and is not brittle when you cut, shape, or turn it.
