Just what you need to make a “stacked leather” handle for your hidden tang blade. These spacers are held in place with your guard and pommel. Your handle can be finished naturally, use edge dye to darken if desired, or work with neatsfoot oil for a nice hand rubbed oil finish. Can be buffed and polished with rouge on a muslin wheel. Oval shaped, each measures approximately 1 1/2" x 1 1/4" x 1/8" thick the notch is .158" x .450" cut into the center making it very easy to slip onto the tang. Once handle is shaped can be sealed traditionally by soaking in Linseed Oil (LS101) for several weeks. For a faster seal, use Thin CA Glue (JE204) to set your material.
